Beaches in San Diego are the place for you to take your time but need careful with the ocean and know swing because the sea is dangerous when they have streams that it’s possible to get you and bring you far away from the beach.

1.  La Jolla Cove Beach

This beach is so beautiful and has an environment safe for swimming. It’s possible to enjoy the rocks, walk on the bluffs, and you will see seals and birds on the rocks.

2. Coronado Beach

It’s a very large beach and starts at the Hotel del Coronado and continues to Sunset Park. It’s usually this beach that gets crowded, but it is possible to find a secluded spot. They have free public parking too.

3 Pacific Beach

It’s located between Pacific Beach Drive and the Crystal Pier. The beach is gorgeous and the site has charming shops and restaurants. Crystal Pier is one good point to enjoy the view of the beach and city.

4. Flat Rock Beach

It’s cool that you can access that beach by doing a short hike from the Visitor Center. Or you reach from Blacks Beach walking north or from Torrey Pines South Beach walking south. You will see stunning ocean views from flat rock.

5. Ocean Beach City Beach

This wide sand beach is so beautiful that it has a long pier with incredible views and it is possible to surf, swim, sunbathe, and you need no license to fish.
